Digital SAT Math

Terms of Use

Last updated: 24 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are between you and Digital SAT Math (“we”, “us”), and cover your use of the Digital SAT Math app. By using the app you agree to them. In addition, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app you download from the App Store. If the two conflict, Apple’s agreement prevails on the points it covers.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own study. You may not copy, sell, rent, share, or redistribute the app or its content, reverse engineer it, or use it for anything unlawful.

3. Educational use, and no affiliation

The app offers practice questions, hints and worked solutions to help you prepare for the Digital SAT. It is a study aid. We work hard to make the content accurate, but we do not promise it is free of errors, and we do not promise any particular score or result. SAT® is a registered trademark of the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this app.

4. Free content

You do not need an account to use the app. Some tests are free; to open the rest you need a free trial or subscription, as shown in the app. You can delete all your data in the app at any time under Profile → Reset all my data.

5. Subscriptions

6. Our content

The questions, explanations, hints, diagrams, text and design in the app belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them inside the app for your own study only.

7. Availability, changes and ending

We may change, update or stop parts of the app, and we may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. You may stop using the app at any time.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or results, arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where we are established. This does not take away any consumer rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country or state of residence.
