You are responsible for your own safety, decisions, equipment, and preparation when using Swissplore. Always assess whether a route is suitable for your abilities and current conditions.
Swissplore does not guarantee that routes are suitable for every person or that information will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account information. You should provide accurate information and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
4. User Content
Users may submit walking routes, photos, descriptions, and other content. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.
Swissplore may review, edit, restrict, or remove user-submitted content that does not meet these Terms of Use.
5. Subscription Services
Swissplore may offer paid subscription features, including additional maps and walking features.
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled according to the rules of the relevant app store.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple or Google account settings.

The Swissplore application, branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Swissplore content without permission.
7. Availability of the Service
